Tiago has been part of the best European surfers for years now. Coming from Ericeira, Portugal he is used to any kind of heavy reef break but also rips in small shitty surf. Especially right hand points are his specialty where he can face pretty much any of the world's best surfers. After narrowlly missing the WCT qualififcation for many years he easily qualified in 07 and will certainly turn heads on surfing's prime leg this year.
